Today I'm grateful that I finally wrote in my sort-of journal that I keep about how I'm feeling overwhelmed and tired of "putting up with" and "living with" things that don't make me feel good. The thoughts have been in my head for quite some time, and they've made it to paper now.  I want that to mean I will be able to take physical steps towards removing those things and people from my everyday, in turn, making me happier.  I can't say it will be easy, but how I will feel as a result is what I look to in order to keep my focus.

Suggestions/advice from your own experience, anyone?
